Bring a Workflow prize draw: Official Rules

For the Dataworkz entry form at the Microsoft AI Tour, Philadelphia, October 22, 2026. Questions about these rules: see Section 17.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Dataworkz Bring a Workflow prize draw, a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), is sponsored by Dataworkz, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 691 S Milpitas Blvd, Suite 217, Milpitas, CA 95035 ("Dataworkz" or "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if older, at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household members of each.

If you are a government employee, or work for an organization whose rules limit the gifts you may accept, you may enter only if accepting a prize is allowed under those rules. You are responsible for checking.

3. Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on October 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter during the Entry Period. Both lead to the same entry form, and both are free.

  1. Online. Visit dataworkz.com/bring-a-workflow/ and complete the entry form.
  2. At the event. At the Microsoft AI Tour in Philadelphia on October 22, 2026, scan the QR code at the Dataworkz booth, which opens the same entry form.

To complete an entry, provide your name, your work email address, and a short answer to the question "What workflow would you automate first?", agree to these Official Rules, and submit the form.

Limit: one entry per person. If you submit more than one entry, only your first eligible entry counts. Entries made by automated means, by script, or in bulk, and entries that are incomplete or do not follow these rules, are void.

You do not need to attend the event to enter or to win.

Do not include confidential information in your entry. Describe the workflow in general terms. Do not include passwords, personal data about other people, or information your employer has not authorized you to share.

5. Prizes

Four winners will be selected. Each winner chooses one of the following prizes:

Prize option Description Approximate retail value (ARV)
AirPods One pair of Apple AirPods Pro $249
Monitor One 14-inch portable monitor $250
Donation A donation by Sponsor of $250 to an eligible charity chosen by the winner (see Section 8) $250

Total ARV of all prizes: up to $1,000. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, the Sweepstakes.

Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative and no substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per person.

Prizes will not be displayed or handed out at the event. AirPods and monitors will be shipped after the drawing to the winner's address in the United States.

6. Odds and drawing

On or about October 27, 2026, Sponsor will select the four winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each of the four entries drawn wins one prize, chosen by that winner from the options in Section 5.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor will notify each potential winner by email at the address provided in the entry, within 3 business days after the drawing. A potential winner must reply within 5 business days of the notification email, confirming eligibility, choosing one prize option and providing a shipping address (AirPods or monitor) or a chosen charity (donation). A winner who confirms eligibility but does not choose a prize option in time receives the donation option, made to an eligible charity chosen by Sponsor.

If a potential winner does not reply in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, that person forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and release before the prize is awarded.

8. The donation option

For each winner who chooses the donation option, Sponsor will make one donation of $250 to a charity chosen by the winner, in the winner's name.

  • The charity must be a US organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and in good standing at the time of the donation.
  • Sponsor may decline a chosen charity, for example one that engages in political campaign activity, and will ask the winner to choose another.
  • If the winner does not name an eligible charity within 10 business days of being asked, Sponsor will make the donation to an eligible charity of its choice.
  • The donation is made by Sponsor. The winner receives no cash, goods or services, and cannot claim the donation as a personal tax deduction.
  • Sponsor will make the donations by November 12, 2026 and will confirm each one to its winner.

9. Taxes

Each winner is responsible for any taxes on their prize.

10. The Bring a Workflow builds (separate from the Sweepstakes)

Separately from the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may choose up to 20 of the workflows described in entries and offer the person who described each one a no-cost build of an AI agent for that workflow (a "Build").

  • A Build is not a prize and is not awarded by chance. Sponsor chooses workflows at its sole discretion, based on whether Sponsor can build them well in a day. Sponsor is not obligated to choose any number of workflows.
  • Being chosen for a Build does not affect your chances in the Sweepstakes, and winning the Sweepstakes does not affect whether your workflow is chosen for a Build.
  • A Build runs on sample or redacted data that you provide and control. Sponsor will not ask for access to production data.
  • If your workflow is chosen, Sponsor will contact you by email. Taking part is optional. Each Build follows a short written scope agreed between you and Sponsor before work starts.
  • You keep the agent and its workflow definition, whether or not you work with Sponsor again. The written scope sets out the details.
  • You are responsible for making sure your employer allows you to take part.

11. Your information

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may collect and use the information in your entry to run the Sweepstakes, to contact you about your entry, and to consider your workflow for a Build. Sponsor will handle your personal information as described in its Privacy Policy at https://www.dataworkz.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor uses a third-party service provider (HubSpot) to receive entries.

Sponsor will not publish your workflow description, your name or your organization without your permission.

12. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud or any other cause that corrupts the administration, security or fairness of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if it does, may award the prizes in a random drawing from the eligible entries received before the event that caused the change.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or unreadable entries, for email or network failures, or for any error in these rules or in materials about the Sweepstakes.

13. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability, claims or losses arising from your participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

14. Disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

15. Winners list

To request the names of the winners, email matt@dataworkz.io with the subject line "Bring a Workflow winners" by December 31, 2026. Sponsor will share each winner's first name, last initial and state.

16. Microsoft

This Sweepstakes is run solely by Dataworkz, Inc. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft's name is used only to identify the event at which entries may be made.
