Small Business Website Design

We have two options for Small Businesses currently!

Our hourly rates begin at $35 per hour for design and at $25 per hour for maintenance and/or upkeep of the sites.

Business Setup charge ( yearly)...........$25.00

Some terms we contract with are:

A Contract will be signed by both parties mentioning terms agreed upon or set forth by DataWorkZ.com.
Initial deposit is required upfront at 50% of the project amount.
Minimum hourly contract accepted is for 3 hours.
All hourly fees are based on specific amounts of time allotted for each project and contracted up front. If the time takes longer than what is expected due to increased demands, increased changes, problems not under our control, or other problems; then the rates after that allotted time will increase an additional $10/per hour.
Cancellation of a contract will mean that any time spent on the project will be paid for out of the initial deposit. Any money above and beyond will be refunded asap. Any money owed to DataWorkZ.com will become due at cancellation of project. Cancellation must be delivered in writing only to DataWorkZ.com.
All payments are due upon completion of project! Only exception to this is when the project has been cancelled, which means that all money will be due at cancellation.
All payments are made in USD funds only and made through PayPal or certified check.
Late payments are charged 15 days after they are due and late payment fee is $15.00 USD.
Insufficient check charge: $35.00 USD.
DataWorkZ.com has the opportunity to cancel or refuse service at any time to any client.
