Shipping Policy

Be sure of your purchase!
Buyer is responsible for shipping when shipping costs are incurred.
All insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
All payments are to be made in USD funds only.
All items were made in the USA unless otherwise stated with the product and/or item is a product that was not made by DataWorkZ.com specifically.
DataWorkZ accepts payments through Google Checkout system and PayPal.
PayPal accepts Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and eChecks.
DataWorkZ.com does not accept Cash-On-Delivery, Personal Checks not completed through the checkout system, Money Orders, or Money Grams.
eChecks can take up to 5 business days to clear for payment use.
We suggest that each and every buyer includes insurance for the item shipped due to items being lost, mis-directed, or stolen through the US mail postal service.
DataWorkZ.com does not accept any returns unless the item has a return policy with its listing. eBooks and Seeds are non-refundable, CD's and DVD's can be returned for a replacement only, and certain items may or may not be allowable for return at any time. If the item has a return policy, details are to be listed with each individual item, if non are listed than the item is not allowable for return and are non-refundable! No partial refunds are allowed at any time. If your item or purchase has be returned, please allow up to 7-14 business days for contact to be made. In most cases, it will be less time than this, but this is to allow for the return to reach us and to give us time to adequately respond.
Return shipping and return insurance is the responsibility of the buyer for any item returns that are allowable (see specific item/purchase below), please contact DataWorkZ.com before returning any item for any reason.
DataWorkZ.com and its employees and its subcontractors are not responsible for mis-directed mail or email, non-delivered items, returned items, lost items, stolen items, damaged items, or the like at any time.
We package our items carefully and do mark FRAGILE on all packages and also Do NOT BEND as applicable for each package.
Combined shipping is available, please ask before payment is made!
Items deemed for pick up only will entail DataWorkZ.com contacting you via email for pick-up time and date. We will also supply the address for pick-up either by phone or by email to you. You as the BUYER are responsible for picking up the item on time as scheduled. We understand that delays and accidents do happen, but we are not to be held responsible for your actions and for non-pick-up and will allow for only 1 re-scheduled pick-up time only, after this the item will be re-listed for sale.
eMail addresses that have had problems accepting eBooks as attachments have been known as: Gmail, BellSouth, AOL, MSN, Hotmail, and others. If you do not receive an email from us within 3 days of cleared payment for use, your inbox may have blocked our email or deleted it as spam or placed it in a folder you have set up for special rules. Please check your email inbox carefully before emailing us at DataWorkZ@DataWorkZ.com regarding your purchase! DataWorkZ.com does not tolerate plagiarism or theft of any kind. If you know of someone stealing our work at any time, please notify us immediately.

Specific item/purchase rules...

eBooks are sent via email or may be set up as a download under certain circumstances at DataWorkZ.com's discretion. eBooks generally are sent upon cleared payment for use or within 3 business days of sale. No returns allowed for eBooks at any time due to the nature of the eBook business. For email delivery, BUYERS MUST have a working email address that is provided with payment. We will use only email addresses provided with the payment process, unless there is a problem in reaching you with that email address.
- eBooks come in two types of formats. EXE and PDF that we carry.
  - EXE eBooks are stand alone executable files and you will not need any additional software to open and read this eBook. However, sometimes an EXE eBook will require a connection to the internet in order to be read or open. EXE eBooks are not readable on Apple Macintosh computers at any time!
  - PDF eBooks are Portable Document Files which require the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open and view the eBook contents. You can pick up a FREE copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader at www.adobe.com. You will need version 4.0 or higher to read our eBooks!
  - We do NOT recommend using Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader to open and read any of our eBooks at any time!
- Our eBooks come with varied rights. All rights of our eBooks should be listed within the eBook, if it is not listed, than the eBook comes with the terms stated with the sale of the eBook only.
- Sometimes our eBooks will come WinZipped to allow for maximum compression for faster and easier sending of the files to you. If the file has a zipper or has an extension for the file of .zip, then your files will be zipped. You can generally use WinZip or WinRar to open any of these files. If you do not get a file opened or it has become corrupted from sending, then please notify us as this can sometimes happen and we will gladly re-send the file to you.
  - Some terms defined are:
    - MRR = Master Resell Rights and allow for you to resell the eBook
    - PLR = Private Label Rights = Private Label Rights for the eBook and depends on what is defined for use. Some will allow for re-using the material any way you like including signing your name to the materials. However, it is suggest that you change or alter that content in some way since there are many people using those same rights with the same materials on the internet. Some search engines will delete duplicate content sites or de-list your website from their search engine if you use PLR materials without any changes.
    - 100% RR = 100% Resell Rights = Master Resell Rights
CD's, DVD's, seeds, and physical items are sent via US postal mail (unless otherwise specifically stated with the item) and usually take up to 5 business days. During Holidays and any vacation time periods of DataWorkZ.com and its employees or independent contractors, this process may take longer. There are no returns accepted unless prior authorization has been issued from DataWorkZ.com about the item. CD's and DVD's can only be returned for exact replacement item only. Seeds are non-refundable and non-replaceable due to the nature of the business.
Custom Orders. For custom work, the work is as described per item either at auction site or listed on one of our DataWorkZ website. Custom work is usually handled by email and sent via email as an attachment unless otherwise stated specifically for that item.
When purchasing software, custom work, game(s), graphic(s), or eBook(s) and the option for a CD or DVD of that item is not listed, you can for an additional fee of $6.00 USD + shipping + optional insurance be sent by US postal mail that item on a CD or DVD, if applicable.
